25 years of fashion and industrial design
ArcaSpace was created in 1998 and established in 1999.
Between 2001-2002 we’ve designed and manufactured women shoes to start funding the rocket activity. The products were sold to local shops. When the rocket manufacturing really took off, the team focused exclusively on that and the shoes activity was put in reserve.
ArcaSpace reopens its fashion-oriented activity, after 23 years, with the ArcaFashion brand, offering luxury ready-to-wear and made-to-measure, women clothing products oriented for occasion, reception, party, club, festival, night out and office.
Since ArcaSpace's start, at the end of the last century, our approach to industrial design was to harmoniously mix function with form, and create unique and beautiful designs like the Stabilo rocket, AirStrato air-robot and the ArcaBoard luxury flying hoverboard. This approach was transposed into the ArcaFashion line which breaths uniqueness, modernism, with a touch of space exploration influence.
Today we can easily differentiate the performance and design of mobile phones, computers, TV sets, cars, etc, from the ones from the 80’s, for instance.
If we could travel back in time, in the 80’s, carrying our phone, everyone from that time will be wowed. On the other hand, no one will be surprised by our clothing.
Although we live in an era dominated by the AI and space exploration, we wear the same shirts, shoes, pants, coats, made from the same materials.
ArcaSpace’s mastery in innovation, creation of cutting-edge aerospace and luxury products, we put this knowledge and vast technological resources we have to innovate in fashion as well.
ArcaSpace is one of the most well known aerospace companies but around 98% of our audience is male. With the ArcaFashion we also aim to expand the ArcaSpace brand recognition among women, because now women don't necessarily have to be passioned about rockets to find out about ArcaSpace, now they can wear ArcaSpace.
But why the fashion wasn’t able to keep up with the society’s development?
We prefer to focus on the solution.
We've started by designing fashion products which reliefate a digital society which strive to find its way to the stars. We then continued by taking the advanced aircraft, rocket and spacecraft materials and use them to manufacture our products. And we manufacture them exactly how aircraft, rockets and spacecraft are handmade by humans.
In spite of the advanced, modern look, the luxurious and exclusive ArcaFashion products don't represent the future, but the present, by matching your electric, self driving cars, the intelligent homes and state of the art digital mobile and wearable devices.
