Shipments

ArcaFashion is selling and shipping all over the world. We don't sell and ship to Canada, Mexico and the United States.

Warranty for lack of conformity

All products sold by ArcaFashion are covered by a two (2) years warranty for lack of conformity, as provided by the European Consumers’ Directive.

ArcaFashion shall be liable to the customer for any lack of conformity that exists at the time the product is delivered and that becomes apparent within (2) years of the delivery. At the time of delivery, the customer is required to check if the product does not show any defects. The customer shall inform ArcaFashion of the existence of any such lack of conformity within a period of one (1) months from the day when the Customer detected the lack of conformity.

Any action by the customer for lack of conformity shall be brought within a period of one (1) year from the day the lack of conformity was detected, although that period cannot expire before the end of the above mentioned two (2) years period.

The customer may choose between the repair or replacement of the product, in either case free of charge, unless this is impossible or disproportionate. Alternatively, if the customer is entitled to neither repair nor replacement, or if ArcaFashion has not made the repair or replacement within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience to the customer, and unless the lack of conformity is minor, the customer shall be entitled either to require ArcaFashion to make an appropriate reduction in the price or to rescind the contract. Any such refund made to the customer shall be reduced to take account of the use that the customer has had of the product since its delivery.

To benefit from the guarantee, customer must be able to show when the product was purchased.

The warranty for lack of conformity will be applicable only if the product has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended purpose and in accordance with the use and washing instructions contained in and/or furnished with the product.

Delivery

Products will be delivered to the address specified by the client in the order proposal. 

Purchases will not be shipped to P.O. boxes. 

ArcaFashion cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond ArcaFashion’s control.

For each order, ArcaFashion shall invoice the purchased products by e-mail to the client. No alterations to the invoice are possible after the invoice has been issued.

The cost of the delivery shall be borne by the client, and are indicated separately on the order form and invoice. 

The purchased products will be delivered within thirty (30) days from the date of the Order Confirmation (except in the event that a force majeure event or unforeseeable circumstance occurs). 

In case the delivery has not occurred within the above indicated term, the client (by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address contact@arcafashion.com) shall provide ArcaFashion with a further ten (10) days to deliver the products; provided that, in case of failure to comply with such term after receipt of the specified notice, the client will receive the refund in full.

At the time of delivery of the products by the carrier, the client is required to verify the number of delivered items and that the packaging seals are intact, undamaged, or altered in any manner.

Any damages to the packaging or the product, or discrepancies in the number of items must be immediately indicated in writing on the carrier’s delivery receipt. 

Once the carrier’s delivery receipt has been signed and no objection has been raised by the client, the client may not make any objection to the exterior characteristics of the delivered parcel. 

ArcaFashion will send to the client a Shipping Confirmation via e-mail once the products have been delivered.

Return policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order placed on www.arcafashion.com website, you may exercise your right to return the purchased products.

Returned products must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

  • The products must be returned within fourteen (14) working days from the date of the receiving of the package;

  • All products must be in original condition with original tags attached and intact;

  • All merchandise that has been worn, used, modified, washed or damaged will not be accepted;

  • The products are returned in their original packaging;

  • Made-to-measure and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • All items must match those identified in return request.

If all of the above requirements have been met, the ArcaFashion will refund the full price of the products purchased.

Refund

Once ArcaFashion has received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements for return, you will receive an email accepting the returned products. 

Regardless of the form of payment used by the customer (credit/debit card, wire transfer, digital payment system (e.g. PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay), the refund procedure will begin within thirty (30) days from the moment ArcaFashion accepted the returned products.

We guarantee users that the value of the refund credit will coincide with the amount of the original payment without any loss for the purchaser.

The period required for the refund will depend on the credit card company or the payment service provider company policies.
